ஊழலுக்கு எதிரான ஒரு போராட்டம்!

ஊழலை எதிர்த்து நாமெல்லாம் இதைப்போல எழுதி விட்டும் பேசி விட்டும்அடுத்த வேலையை பார்க்க கிளம்பிவிடுகிறோம் ஆனால் அன்னா ஹஸாரேஎன்ற 72 வயதானவர் (இவர் ஒரு சமூக ஆர்வலர் ஆவார் இதற்கு முன்பே பலபோராட்டங்களை ஊழலுக்கு எதிராக நடத்தி இருக்கிறார். மகாத்மா காந்தி மீதுபெரு மதிப்பு வைத்து இருப்பவர்) ஊழலுக்கு எதிராக சட்ட மசோதா கொண்டுவரக்கூறி சாகும் வரை உண்ணாவிரதப் போராட்டத்தை துவங்கி இருக்கிறார்இதற்கு கிரண் பேடி உட்பட பலர் ஆதரவு தெரிவித்து அவருடன் இணைந்துஉள்ளார்கள் இதற்கு மேலும் ஆதரவு கூடும் என்று நம்புகிறேன்.

         நான் கூட இது பற்றி NDTV.com ல் பார்த்த போது அவருடைய படத்தைமட்டும் பார்த்து விட்டு அதில் கூறியுள்ளதை படிக்காமல் சரி! எதோ ஒருதாத்தா பொழுது போகாம எதோ போராட்டம் செய்து கொண்டு இருக்கிறார்போல என்று நினைத்து விட்டேன் . 

      ஊழல் இந்தியாவை வேகமாக அழித்து வரும் ஒரு கொடிய நோயாக படுவேகமாக வளர்ந்து வருகிறது. அதுவும் சமீபமாக இதன் போக்கை பார்த்தால்பயங்கரமாக இருக்கிறது. தினமும் அந்த அரசியல்வாதி இவ்வளோ கோடிகொள்ளை அடித்தார் இவர் இவ்வளோ கையாடல் செய்தார் என்று வருவதைப்பார்த்தால் வருகிற ஆத்திரம் கொஞ்ச நஞ்சமல்ல. தற்போது ஆயிரத்தில்எல்லாம் ஊழல் செய்வது கீழ் நிலை ஊழியர் மட்டும் தான் தற்போதெல்லாம்லட்சம் கோடி (ஸ்பெக்ட்ரமை விடுங்க அது இல்லாமையே பல கோடிகொள்ளைகள் வந்து விட்டது.. ) கொள்ளைகள் சர்வ சாதாரணமாகி விட்டன.

                     இதை தேர்தல் கமிசன் போல தன்னிச்சையாக அரசின்கட்டுப்பாடில்லாமல் செயல்படும் ஒரு அமைப்பின் மூலம் தான் சரி செய்யமுடியும் என்று ஜன் லோக்பால் என்ற அமைப்பை செயல்படுத்தக்கூறிஉண்ணாவிரதத்தை ஆரம்பித்து இருக்கிறார். இதன் மூலம் இந்த அமைப்புஊழல் செய்த அனைவரையும் விசாரிக்க முடியும் எந்த விதகட்டுப்பாடுமில்லாமல். இதில் மாநில அரசோ அல்லது மற்றவர்களோ இதில்தலையிட முடியாது அதாவது யோவ்! அவன் நம்ம ஆளுயா! இந்த விஷயத்தைகண்டுக்காதே! என்று கூற முடியாது. சுருக்கமாக கூற வேண்டும் என்றால்தற்போது தமிழகத்தில் தேர்தல் கமிசன் அனைவரையும் சுளுக்கு எடுத்துவருவதைப்போல ஊழல் செய்யும் அனைவரையும் பெண்டு எடுக்க முடியும்.

மத்தியில் லோக்பால் என்ற அமைப்பும், ஒவ்வொரு மாநிலத்திலும் லோகாயுக்தா அமைப்பும் நிறுவப்படும்.

        உச்சநீதிமன்றம் மற்றும் தேர்தல் ஆணையம் போன்று இவ்வமைப்பும்சுதந்திரமான அமைப்பாகும். இதன் விசாரணையில் அரசாங்கமோ அல்லதுஅதிகாரிகளின் குறுக்கீடோ இருக்காது.

மற்ற வழக்குகள் போல் பல மாமாங்கங்களாக விசாரணை நடைபெறாமல், ஜன் லோக்பால் அமைப்பின் மூலம் எந்தவொரு வழக்கு விசாரணையும் ஒருவருடத்தில் முடிக்கப்பட்டு, அடுத்த ஓராண்டில் வழக்கும் முடிக்கப்பட்டு, இரண்டாண்டுகளுக்குள் தொடர்புடைய நபருக்கு தண்டனையும் அளிக்கப்பட்டுவிடும்.

         ஊழல் மூலம் ஈட்டப்பட்ட, அரசாங்கத்திற்கு நட்டமேற்படுத்தப்பட்டதொகை தண்டனைக்காலத்தில் மீட்கப்படும்.

பொது மக்களுக்கு எந்தவொரு அரசாங்க அலுவலகத்தில் குறிப்பிட்ட பணி முடித்துக் கொடுக்கப்படா விட்டாலோ அல்லது தாமதப்படுத்தப்பட்டாலோ, தொடர்புடைய அதிகாரிக்கு அபராதம் விதிக்கப்பட்டு, அவ்வபராதம் மனுதாரருக்கு நிவாரணமாக அளிக்கப்படும்.

           ஆக உங்களுடைய ரேஷன் கார்டு, வாக்காளர் அடையாள அட்டை, பாஸ்போர்ட் போன்றவை பெறுவதில் மெத்தனமோ, தாமதமோஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டாலோ, நீங்கள் இவ்வமைப்பை அணுகலாம். இதன் மூலம் ஒருமாதத்திற்குள் உங்களுக்கு அது கிடைப்பதோடு மட்டுமல்லாமல், நிவாரணமும்பெற்றுத் தரப்படும். தவிர தரமற்ற சாலைகள், பஞ்சாயத்து அளவில்நடைபெறும் ஊழல்கள், முறைகேடுகள் போன்றவற்றையும் நீங்கள்இவ்வமைப்பின் கவனத்திற்கு எடுத்துச் செல்லலாம். இரண்டாண்டுகளுக்குள்தொடர்புடைய குற்றவாளி தண்டனை பெறுவார்.

லோக்பால் அமைப்பின் உறுப்பினர்கள் அரசாங்கம் மூலம் நியமிக்கப்படமாட்டார்கள். நீதிபதிகள், பொதுமக்கள் போன்றவர்கள் மூலம் மிகவும்வெளிப்படையான நியமனம் இருக்கும். ஆகவே ஊழல் பேர்வழிகளே ஊழலைஒழிக்கப் புறப்படும் அவலங்கள் தவிர்க்கப்படும்.

ஜன் லோக்பால் உறுப்பினர்களே ஊழல்வாதிகளாக இருப்பின், அவர்கள் மீதான புகார்கள் உடனுக்குடன் விசாரிக்கப்பட்டு, இரண்டு மாதங்களுக்குள் டிஸ்மிஸ் செய்யப்பட்டு, தண்டனை பெற்றுத் தரப்படுவர். 

      புகார் அளிப்பவர்கள் மற்றும் புகாரில் தொடர்புடையவர்களுக்கு முழு பாதுகாப்பு அளிக்கப்படும்.

           நினைத்துப்பாருங்க இது போல சட்டம் வந்து ஊழல் குறைந்தால்எவ்வளவு நன்றாக இருக்கும். நம்ம நாட்டில் ஊழல் மட்டும் இல்லை என்றால்ஒரு பய நம்மை எதுவும் செய்ய முடியாது.. பட்டாசாக நம் நாடு முன்னேறும்ஆனால் பாருங்க இவற்றை எல்லாம் இப்படி நடந்தால்! என்றுநினைத்துப்பார்த்து சந்தோசப்பட்டுக்கொள்ள வேண்டியை நிலையில் தான்நாம் இருக்கிறோம். எதுவும் நிஜமாக மாட்டேங்குது. நம்ம நாட்டில் இருக்கும்வளத்திற்கும் நம்மவர்கள் இடையே இருக்கும் திறமைக்கும் அமெரிக்காஎல்லாம் ஒன்றுமே இல்லைங்க. நம்மிடமும் ஊழல் இல்லாமையும்ஒழுக்கமும் இருந்தாலே போதும் அடி தூள் கிளப்பலாம் ஆனால் இவைஅனைத்தும் நம்மால் செய்யக்கூடிய செயல் என்றாலும் செய்யாமல்இருக்கிறோம்.

   நாம் எழுதி எல்லாம் ஒன்றும் நடக்கப்போவதில்லை இதை நன்றாக புரிந்துவைத்து இருக்கிறேன். நான் இதற்காக என்ன செய்தேன்.. ஒரு துரும்பு கூடஎன்னளவில் இதற்காக நான் செய்யவில்லை. எனக்கே வெட்கமாகஇருக்கிறது.. ஒரு வெங்காயமும் செய்யவில்லை! இதைப்போல எழுதுவதைதவிர. சும்மா இங்கே உட்கார்ந்துட்டு ஊழல், அராஜகம், இந்தியாஅழியப்போகிறது.. நாடு கெட்டு விட்டது.. பூமா தேவி வாய பொளக்கப்போறாஎல்லோரும் உள்ளே போகப்போறோம் ஐயோ அம்மா! என்று வசனம்பேசுவதில் என்ன அர்த்தம். இதைப்போல பேசுவதை பார்த்தால்இப்போதெல்லாம் எனக்கே காமெடியாக இருக்கிறது.

       இவை எல்லாம் கூட உங்களுக்கு இதை பகிர மட்டுமே நான் ஒன்றும்செய்யப்போவதில்லை.. வெளிநாட்டில் இருக்கிறேன் குறைந்த பட்சம்என்னால் செய்யக்கூடிய ஒட்டுரிமையைக் கூட என்னால் பயன்படுத்தமுடியாது. பின்ன இது பற்றி பேச என்ன அருகதை இருக்கிறது? ஒன்றுமேசெய்வதில்லை ஆனால் நாடு முன்னேறனுமாம்! இதை கேட்டால்உங்களுக்கே சிரிப்பு வரலை…

ஆனா நம்மைப்போல ஹசாரே நினைக்கவில்லை. அதற்கான முயற்சியைஎடுத்து இருக்கிறார் அவரளவில். இது வெற்றி பெறுமா அல்லது வழக்கம்போலபுஸ்ஸுன்னு போய் விடுமா என்பதெல்லாம் எனக்கு தெரியாது.. சரி! ஒருநல்ல விஷயம் செய்து இருக்கிறார் அவரை பாராட்டனும் என்று தோன்றியதுஎழுதினேன். கிரிக்கெட் சினிமா பற்றி எழுதறோம் இந்த தாத்தா பற்றிஎழுதினால் என்ன குறைந்தா போய் விடப்போகிறேன்.

        இங்கேயும் ஒரு பெரியவர் கலைஞர் இருக்கிறார் தேர்தல் கமிசன்நடவடிக்கைகளை, மக்களுக்கு எதிராக கமிசன் நடக்கிறது என்று முழங்கிஎமெர்ஜென்சி” என்று பெரிய வார்த்தைகளை எல்லாம் கூறி மக்களதுவணிகர்கள்) பார்வையை தேர்தல் கமிசனுக்கு எதிராக திருப்பிவிட்டுக்கொண்டு இருக்கிறார். தேர்தல் கமிசன் நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கேஇதைப்போல கூறினால் ஜன் லோக்பால் போன்றவை எல்லாம் (ஒருவேளை… ஒருவேளை தான்) வந்தால் ஐயோ அம்மா கொல்றாங்களே! என்றுகூறுவாரோ! “ (

                நேற்றுக்கூட கூட 5 கோடி ஒரே சமயத்தில் கைப்பற்றப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதற்கு என்ன கூறப்போகிறார்கள்? நேர்மையாக நடப்பவன் எவனாவது ஆம்னிபஸ் டாப்ல ஐந்து கோடியை கொண்டு செல்வானா! பிடிபட்டது ஐந்து கோடிபிடிபடாதது….. பாருங்க எவ்வளவு அநியாயம் நடக்கிறது என்று.

தற்போது ஊழல் குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வு மக்களிடையே ஓரளவு பரவி வருகிறது. இதற்காக ஏதாவது செய்யணும் என்று நினைக்கிறார்கள் அதை எப்படி சரியாகதுவங்குவது என்று தெரியாமல் விழிக்கிறார்கள் அல்லது யார் முன்னெடுப்பதுஎன்ற பிரச்சனையில் குழம்புகிறார்கள். இதோ! அன்னா ஹஸாரே ஆரம்பித்துவைத்து இருக்கிறார் இது வெற்றி பெறுமோ இல்லையோ அது வேறு விஷயம்இதை நாம் மற்றவர்களிடம் கூறுவதால் ஒன்றும் குறைந்துவிடப்போவதில்லையே. நம்மால் எதுவும் நடக்கவில்லை என்றாலும்யாராவது இதற்காக முயற்சிக்காமலா போய் விடப்போகிறார்கள்!

ஊடகங்கள் கிரிக்கெட்டிற்கு கொடுக்கும் முக்கியத்துவத்தில் இதற்கு பாதிகொடுத்தால் கூட புண்ணியமாகப்போகும்.

Today, as all says: International Women day. What is the purpose of celebrating a DAY like this? Does it have any impact on women folk? It is an unanswerable question. Woman according to poets for the sake of poetry: She gives Love, Happiness, Concern, Support and everything a man needs. But this is not true in reality. One thing is true that she gives everything, but she doesn't get what she gave. Instead she is been treated as a material where men could use her whenever he wants. Though it will not suit for all men folks, but yet it matters in the minors case.

Sexual harassment, female infanticide, child labor,

are the well known terms for women, women alone. An image of woman for a man now a days reminds him only  the appearance. It is more clearly defined in Tamil as புறம் .    

                                                      When will the persons who do these acts for the sake of pleasure would stop this? Again an unanswerable question.

Mere 10 years of punishment in jail, does it be a worthwhile judgment for this act? Who will come for a rescue in this case? Definitely no one will come. Are Women destined to lead a life like this? These kind of cases should have a public verdict. At least that would give a better judgment. God is there to punish all those culprits. This is the only                                                                   compromise we get finally. We always believe in the ONE who is not

visible to our eye, than the one who is with us. We adore the women who stands as personalities. But there are Women Personalities who where not known to the world. 

Child Labor, seem to be a very big term. but when it come to female it is merely a word. recently two female children who went as labor to Kerala, from Tamil Nadu, for domestic work came with sever injuries in their face and body. What was the step taken in this case? It was closed.

This is an interesting information about my Shiny. She is beautiful and attractive. Everyone will look at her when they pass by that side. Her height extend from 16 to 98 ft. She is much fertile that she has 120,000 liters of water. And apart from this she possess rich calcium as milk, high in anti-oxidants, iron and potassium. She has the power of Vitamin C which is 6times richer than an orange. She has other names too. Monkey Bread, Dead Rat. If you are interested you can see her at Madurai. She lives in The American College Campus near two wheeler parking. The best time to see her is at 7.15-7.30a.m. You could find the sunlight at her palms which spreads throughout and it give her an additional glow. When you happened to see this beautiful site you are the blessed person. You could feel your emotion in her when you start conversing with her. She will be your true reflector as a mirror. Her botanical name: Adansonia Digitata, now She is in front of you as a picture My Shiny...

இறைவனுகோர் வேண்டுதல்

மனிதனாக பிறந்ததற்கு,
மனம்போல் வாழநினைத்து...உணர்வுகளேதும்

பழுத்த மனிதனின்
கடுமையான உழைப்பு,
இவை அசாதாரனகள்.
இவர்களே சாதனையாளர்கள்!
இயற்கைக்கு மாறானவைகளா 
சாதனைகள் ? - இல்லை 
இவைகளும் இயற்கையே.   

Why All These...?

My breath is hot,
My heart beats fast,
My hands quakes the most,
My face covers with sweat,
Why all these? because
You come near me.

My legs with twists,
My eyes with tears,
My lips with shivers,
My head with shakes says...
I didn't want you to...

My necks felt a hard wood
Which crawled around,
Oh! its your hand?
Is it halt there? NO!
It spreads.

My eyes poured.
But yours?- Ogled.
My heart rushed

Brookner

 Anita Brookner, she belong to British literary field. The thought which provokes me to choose her is the area she dwelled: British Literature. She is one of women who praises men inspite of all the suffering she passed through.

If it is there something like, an author should have some criteria to be chosen then definitely she will not be in that series. because i chose her without knowing nothing about her. but it is not by accident. Family and Friends was the only novel I'm aware of. 

It tells about a new technique of photo fiction. It is about a story moves around a family where, the readers would view it through a photograph. The very interesting part to be noted here is, this technique is well know to all the viewers of Tamil films. the same point of view is used in the film அழகி. (Azhagi ). I found this later.



The film tells more about the pathos effect of life. but this novel has more enjoyments and a happy ending.

Good Friday

This- a kind of conversation,

or a kind of relaxation,

or a kind of satisfaction,

Oh no! a kind of vexation.

One Monday I heard and sympathized in heart.

One Tuesday I heard and burned in heart.

One Wednesday I heard, and boiled in heart.

One Thursday I heard, and irritated in heart.

One Friday I experienced in real.

May be 'good' Friday.

No one to get sympathy.

No one to get burn. 

No one to get boil.

No one to get irritate.

but, i experienced in real.

பள்ளி பாடம் சொல்லியது,

பயின்றபோதிலாத உணர்ச்சி 

பல காலங்கள் கடந்து இன்று 

பளிரென்று உறைகிறது.

முடியாதென்றால் முடி கூட பாரம் தான்.

இயலவில்லை என்றால் இமை கூட இமயம்தான்.

துன்பம் என்றால் தூசு கூட தூண்தான்.

முடியாதென்பதை முறியடித்தால்

முட்கள்கூட கிரீடம்தான்.

இயலும்மென்றால் இடர்கூட இன்பம்தான்,

துணிவிருந்தால் துயரம்கூட துரும்புதான்.

என் மனம் கேட்டது-

The Woman in Me

There were days
where I blindly believe
whatever I see and
whatever I here.
My hands will be generous towards
wherever I saw a beggar.
My heart felt for the insane
whoever and whatever i saw.
I was a girl then.

There were days
I found eerie in front of the
eyes which ogle me.
sometimes I bout-but
mostly I stood inert.
why? was I a coward?
I still remember when
I caught the fever- self-sympathy
I was a girl then.

There were days of phobia,
Topophobia, Eremiophobia, Nyctophobia
silly Matrophobia too.
She came then - a rescuer.
She gave me a vision
I shed down all my ignorance.
Yea! I got the confidence
I could feel a halo around me
She makes me know,
the best of me.

Oh! what 've She done to me!
now I could feel
The Woman in me.
