மௌனத்தின் முகம்

இயற்கை எழில் கொஞ்சும் மலைகளின் 

இடையே நின்றபோது குயிலோ, கிளியோ 

இரைச்சளுடினாலும் மௌனமாய் 

ரசிக்கத் தோன்றும்.

அன்புகொண்ட இருவர் நெடுநாள் சென்று

அருகில் நிற்கும்போது துளி கண்ணீருடன் 

அழுதாலும் மௌனமாய் 

ரசிக்கத் தோன்றும்.

வாசிக்கும் புத்தகத்தில் இதுதான் நமக்கான 

வரிகளென்று உணரும் வேளையில் 

விரல்களினால் மௌனமாய் 

ரசிக்கத் தோன்றும்.

மௌனத்தின் தருணங்கள் அழகானவையாகவே 

காட்சி தருவது வாழ்கையின் 

சுவாரஸிய தருணங்களே- ஆனால் 

மௌனத்திற்கும் முகங்கள் உண்டு.

பேச இயலாதோரின் மௌனத்தில் அர்த்தங்கள் புதைந்திருக்கிறது.

ஏனோ இயன்றோரின் மௌனம் இதயத்தை பிசைகிறது.

வார்த்தைகளால் சுடுவதைவிட மௌனம் தரும் 

காயத்திற்கு ஆழம் அதிகம்.

விரும்பி ஏற்போருக்கு 

மௌனம் ஒழித்து வைத்திருக்கும் ரகசியம் 

பொக்கிஷம்- மற்றோருக்கு 

கொடிவிஷம்.

YOU...

You were introduced to me when i was three.                                         
I felt very hard to get to know you.
At times you will degrade me.
I cried a lot.
I tried to move away from you-But
I was destined to live with you in struggle.
I used to curse the Almighty when
I was an ignorant.
I talked a lot where my words are exhausted.
I too enjoyed the worldly pleasures where
I couldn't withstand with a source.
I cried out till my lachrymal dry.
I stood alone with despair
Loosing my confidence, my strength and all I possessed.
On that day when I was utterly disappointed
'You came to my door.........'
I kneel and surrender completely to you.
I hold your hands tightly.
It is not that I should not shed you,
You should have me in your palms.

You spent an endless time with me.
You talked to me as letters.
You healed me through words.
You shared the experience in paragraphs.
You created my life chapters.
Like yours my pages too comes alive.
We had a mutual concern.

In all the ways YOU ARE BETTER THAN HUMANS.
You lifted me up.
You are the resplendence in my life.
You are my light house.
It is the day I started believing his words
YOU ARE TO BE CHEWED AND DIGESTED.
